2. Processing, Transit & Handling Details

We understand that you are eager to receive your products. Our logistics team works diligently to process orders in the order they are received.

2:00 PM (EST) – Monday to Friday. Orders placed after this window or on weekends/holidays will begin processing the next available business day.

📦 Order Handling Time (Processing):

1 – 2 Business Days (Monday – Friday). This stage includes meticulous quality inspection, secure secondary packaging, and handover to our primary carriers.

🚚 Transit Time (Shipping):

3 – 5 Business Days (Monday – Friday) via trusted national carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

3. Shipping Rates & Cost Transparency

4. Shipment Tracking & Confirmation

Once your order has been dispatched from our fulfillment center, you will receive an automated Shipment Confirmation Email. This email contains your unique tracking number and a direct link to the carrier’s tracking portal.

Please allow approximately 24 hours for the carrier to update the initial tracking status once the package has been scanned into their system.

5. Address Integrity & Modifications

The customer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address during the checkout process. JOSHUA DEONTAE CAMPBELL COMMERCE LLC is not liable for failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete address data provided by the user.

If you detect an error in your shipping details, please contact support@shopwithay.com within 2 hours of order placement. Once an order has reached the processing stage, we are unable to modify the destination address.

6. Claims for Damages, Loss, or Theft

Damaged Goods: If your products arrive in damaged condition, please provide photographic evidence of both the packaging and the product to our support team within 48 hours of delivery. We will expedite a replacement at no additional cost.

Lost Shipments: If your tracking status indicates “Delivered” but the package is not found, we recommend checking with household members or neighbors before contacting us. While we are responsible for the safe transit of your items, the Company is not liable for theft or “porch piracy” after a confirmed delivery has been executed by the carrier.
