Order Cancellation & Change Policy

At JOSHUA DEONTAE CAMPBELL COMMERCE LLC, we pride ourselves on our streamlined processing and rapid handling times. Because our primary goal is to ensure your premium body care products reach your doorstep as quickly as possible, there is a specialized and limited window in which you can request a cancellation or modification to your order.

1. Strict 2-Hour Cancellation Window

To maintain our commitment to 1-2 day handling times, orders are sent to our fulfillment queue almost immediately. You may request to cancel your order within 2 hours of original placement.

Important Note: Once the 2-hour window has elapsed, the order is typically locked into our automated system for picking, quality inspection, and packaging. At this stage, a cancellation is no longer operationally possible.

2. Modifying Order Details & Logistics

If you identify an error in your order details (such as quantity, product variant, or shipping destination), please notify our support team immediately. Please adhere to the following guidelines:

  • Shipping Address Corrections: We can only modify destination addresses within the first 2 hours. Once the digital manifest is handed over to our carriers (USPS, UPS, or FedEx), we are legally and operationally unable to redirect the package in transit.
  • Product Swaps: To maintain inventory integrity and prevent shipping errors, we cannot “swap” items in a confirmed order. If you are within the 2-hour window, we recommend canceling the original order and placing a new order for the correct items.

3. Policy for Orders Already in Transit

If your cancellation or change request reaches us after the order has been processed and shipped, the delivery cannot be halted. In these instances, we ask that you follow our Refund & Return Policy once the package arrives at your location.

⚠️ Do Not Refuse Delivery:

Refusing delivery often causes packages to be lost or severely delayed in the carrier’s “return-to-sender” system, which may delay your refund. Please accept the package and contact support@shopwithay.com to initiate a standard, tracked return.

4. Refund Management for Cancelled Orders

When a cancellation is successfully confirmed by our administrative team, a full refund including shipping fees will be credited back to your original payment method. An automated notification will be sent to your email address immediately upon processing.

Depending on the processing times of your financial institution (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, etc.), it typically takes 3 to 5 business days for the funds to be reflected in your account balance.
